Today is Virginia’s birthday. Today I decided to join Mrs. Gina in going to a meeting with the Ministry of Health. I joined Mrs. Gina because I want to provide engineering solutions to communities in 2nd and 3rd world countries after college, and I felt like it might relate. The meeting was about ways to prevent mosquito infestations in the communities. Also after the meeting, we returned to the school where we had delicious food as always thanks to the amazing talent of our cook, Fina. We went to the Methodist Dental Clinic and Owen got a haircut. Virginia’s birthday dinner was amazing. We had fried rice with shrimp, and for dessert we had a birthday cake for Virginia that was so good. I am excited for tomorrow because I know that it is going to be an amazing day.
